Pricing (License Subscription Fees) |
The WorkPool pricing structure was designed in such a
manner that it cost effective to any business of any size. Subscriptions are priced based on the number of users (user accounts, not concurrent users). The mandatory subscription period is 1 year from date of purchase. You can choose to pay your subscription monthly (as per details below), or annualy (with a discount on your total monthly fees). You can only change your payment option at the end of your annual subscription period.
Your subscription entitles you to free upgrades and email support during your subscription period. Upgrades/Patches can be downloaded from the website as they become available. Please note that these upgrades exclude all labour, training or other services (if required), which will be billed for seperately based on the current company rates. Additional Business Units can be purchased at R99 per unit/month (R120.60 Inc VAT). |

Business Units cannot be down graded once they are used. |

Local currency price applicable and all prices exclude Value Added Tax (if

An additional fee may be applicable for installation and
configuration, depending on the location and unique requirements of

If a discrepancy exists between any printed prices and those
listed on the website, the amounts listed on the website will be
applicable. |

Training can be provided on request and is billed at an hourly
rate. |

Implementation consulting is highly recommended to ensure
effective and optimum use of WorkPool in your business. This service
is available on request or through an approved re-seller (hourly
rate applicable). |

Discounts are available to non-profit organisations and clients or
business partners of WorkPool and Seventh Sense Technologies. |
